Oreo Cheesecake Kisses

These are some of the easiest little treats to make! It’s a fun way to make my all time favorite cookie, Oreo the star. This is also a very simple way to create cheesecake without all the fuss. They take no time at all to assemble and eat.

Remove the filling from Oreos and place into a bowl.
Add Oreo filling , cream cheese and sugar into a stand mixer or you can use a hand mixer.
Mix all together until smooth. This will take about 3 minutes of mixing on medium/high.
Crush 5 cookies without cream, using a rolling pin or mallet and a plastic baggie.
Add the crushed Oreos into the cream cheese mix. Mix until incorporated.
Place Parchment Paper on a sheet pan. Add your Oreo tops to the parchment paper.
Pipe your mixture onto your Oreo tops. You should make them look like little mountains.
Slowly Warm your chocolate melts by the directions on the bag. Drizzle melted chocolate using a spoon or a piping bag over the top of each Oreo cheesecake kiss.
Sprinkle any extra Oreo crumbs and powdered sugar on at the end as garnish.
Freeze for 20-45 min and enjoy!
