6 Ingredient Truffle Pasta

This Truffle Pasta will leave you eating out of the pot! It changed my view on truffle oil. The sauce comes out creamy and infused with the perfect amount of truffle oil. I also love this recipe because of the ease of preparation. You only need six ingredients to get one amazing dish.

In a large stock pot, heat your water to a rolling boil. Cook your spaghetti noodles until al dente’ . About 8-10 minutes
In a large skillet on medium heat, melt butter.
Once the butter is melted add in heavy cream.
Whisk the cream and butter mixture until your sauce has thickened. You should see tight bubbles form around the edge of the skillet.
Once your sauce has thickened, add pasta to sauce and mix well for about 5 minutes.
Turn off heat add 3/4 c. grated parmesan cheese, truffle oil and cracked pepper!
