Directions
Start by seasoning your chicken with the spices listed. Make sure to season the skin and the meat.
Drizzle EVOO all over the chicken and make sure that it is evenly coated.
In a Dutch oven or pot heat the oil and butter.
Once the oil and butter is bubbling add chicken and brown on all sides.
Once the chicken is brown on both sides, remove the chicken from the pot and place in a bowl or on a plate
To the pot add tomatoes and garlic, stirring well.
Place the chicken back into the pot and simmer on low cooking until chicken is done (165°).
