Preheat oven to 375°
Use a cheese grater to shred your frozen butter.
Mix together flour, baking powder and salt
Add butter and mix until it’s a coarse consistency
Gradually add butter milk, mixing until dough leaves side of bowl
Roll dough out on parchment paper to about 1/2 inch thick. The more you fold and roll them the more layers you will create.
Use a cutter to make biscuit rounds
Place on a sheet pan and top each biscuit with milk
Bake for 10 - 12 minutes until golden brown.
