1: Preheat your oven to 350° F. 2: Score the back side of your ham using a sharp knife to make diamonds. 3: In a small saucepan or skillet set on medium heat, add butter, brown sugar, honey, stone ground mustard, and lemon juice. 4: Once that glaze is bubbly, set the heat to low and keep it warm. 5: Glaze the back side of the ham using about 1/3 of the glaze mixture. 6: Pour one cup of chicken stock into the bottom of your roasting pan. 7: Tent foil over the ham. 8: Bake your ham for 1 hour, then remove and baste it with more glaze. 9: Bake for another hour. 10: Once the ham is heated through, remove and add the last part of the glaze.
