1: Start by cooking your rice and use chicken broth instead of water. 2: In a large skillet set to medium high heat, add half of your avocado oil. 3: Once the oil is hot, add in your sausage and ground beef. 4: Once the meat starts to warm up, add in a tablespoon of water to create a crumbly texture. 5: Continue breaking apart the meat until browned, then remove from the skillet. 6: In the same skillet, add onions, peppers, and celery. Sauté until soft and translucent. 7: Add in your seasoning and mix together. 8: Once the rice finishes, fluff it and add in the other half of your oil. 9: Mix the cooked rice with your vegetables and then add in the browned sausage and ground beef. 10: Continue cooking for about 5 minutes at medium heat until the rice is toasty and slightly crispy. 11: Serve as a main dish or side dish.
