This recipe features elbow macaroni noodles combined with a rich cheese sauce made with heavy cream and a blend of mild, sharp, and white cheddar cheeses. 1: Cook macaroni noodles in salted water until al dente. Drain and save one cup of the pasta water. 2: In a medium saucepan, melt butter until bubbly. 3: Add in heavy cream and reserved pasta water. Let the sauce reduce down for about 5 minutes. 4: Stir in all seasonings, spices, and Worcestershire sauce until the sauce thickens. 5: Remove from heat and add in half of the cheese. Save the rest for topping. 6: Pour the cheese sauce over the macaroni noodles and place in an oven-safe dish. Top with the remaining cheese. 7: Cover with foil and bake at 350°F for 20 to 25 minutes or until bubbling. 8: Broil the top for the last 5 minutes until golden brown. 9: Let cool before serving.
