1: Sear seasoned chicken in butter and avocado oil in a cast iron skillet or Dutch oven. 2: Once the chicken is seared front and back, remove it from the pan. 3: In the same skillet, add pearl onions and sauté for one to two minutes. 4: Add chicken broth and the chicken along with lemon juice back to the pan. 5: Cover with foil or a lid and place in the oven at 375°F until the internal temperature reaches 165°F. 6: Serve with your favorite pasta salad, rice, potatoes or whatever you have!
