This sweet and savory hot honey salmon is a delicious dinner option that will impress the whole family. Made with wild-caught salmon, sweet peppers, and a flavorful cowboy butter, this dish is sure to elevate your salmon game!

1: Clean and pat dry your salmon. 2: In a skillet over medium high heat, add EVOO. 3: Season your fish with Creole seasoning and a little salt and pepper. 4: Add your seasoned fish skin side down to the skillet. 5: Let your fish sear for 3 minutes and then remove it from the pan. 6: Add in a little more EVOO and pepper rings. 7: Let those soften a bit then add in cowboy butter and hot honey. 8: Mix and let cook for 1-2 minutes. 9: Add your salmon back to the pan flesh side down. 10: Sear for 2-3 minutes. 11: Flip one more time and add in more cowboy butter and baste fish. 12: Once your fish is done, remove and serve hot.
