Delicious stuffed jalapenos wrapped in sausage and bacon, perfect for parties! These Armadillo Eggs are a great twist on the classic stuffed jalapeno, making them a crowd favorite. Filled with cream cheese, cheddar, sour cream, and spices for a flavor-packed bite.

1: Preheat your oven to 350° F. 2: Cut off the end of jalapenos and remove the seeds and ribs. 3: In a medium sized bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar cheese, and BBQ spices. 4: Place the cream cheese mixture into a Ziploc bag and pipe into each jalapeno. 5: Take a scoop of sausage, flatten it, and wrap each stuffed jalapeno. 6: Wrap each jalapeno with bacon, covering the sausage as much as possible. 7: Place parchment paper on a baking sheet and a wire rack on top, then place jalapenos on the rack. 8: Season the jalapenos with more BBQ seasoning. 9: Bake for 25 minutes at 350°F. 10: Increase oven temperature to 400°F until bacon is fully cooked. 11: Add BBQ glaze and bake for another 5 minutes. 12: Let cool for 5 minutes before cutting diagonally and serving with ranch dressing.
