1: Crack your eggs into a small bowl. Add milk. 2: Whisk with a fork until streaks are gone. 3: Set your skillet to medium heat and add butter and olive oil. 4: Once your butter and olive oil is bubbling, add in your eggs. 5: Slowly pull cooked eggs to the center of the pan while lifting and turning to allow the liquid to slide to the edges. Continue doing this until all the liquid is cooked. 6: Fold your eggs until the desired internal temperature is reached. If you want them cooked more just continue to fold but never let them sit on the stove, otherwise they will brown on the bottom. 7: Serve and season with salt and pepper! Enjoy!
