A quick and easy Citrus Ginger Shrimp dish with prawns, broccoli, and green onions, finished with a fresh orange zest. Perfect to enjoy on its own or with rice.

1: Butterfly your shrimp. 2: In a skillet on medium heat, add olive oil, green onions, broccoli, and mushrooms. 3: Cut an orange in half and squeeze half the orange onto the broccoli and mushrooms while they cook. 4: Once the broccoli is bright green, add ginger, garlic, soy, and shrimp. 5: Squeeze another half of the orange on top, cover, and let cook for 1 to 2 minutes or until the shrimp is pink. 6: Finish with the zest of the orange and a few more green onions on top. 7: Enjoy as is or add some rice.
