1: Preheat your oven to 200° F. 2: Place your room temperature tomahawk steak on a wire rack, salt and pepper both sides. 3: Once your oven is heated, add your steak to the oven. 4: Check the internal temperature periodically until it reaches 120° F. 5: Remove it from the oven. 6: Heat your cast iron skillet and add two tablespoons of avocado oil. 7: Place your steak in the hot skillet and add a cast iron to the top to create a nice sear. 8: Add some butter before you flip it. 9: Once you flip it, add a couple more scoops of butter and baste until the internal temperature has reached your desired doneness. 10: Remove from the skillet and let it rest. 11: Add more butter on top, slice and enjoy!
