1: Preheat your oven to 450°F. 2: In a bowl, add all the dry ingredients and mix together using a large fork. 3: Add in the buttermilk and mix until combined, being careful not to over mix. 4: Melt the stick of butter in an 8x11 dish in the oven, pulling it out just before it starts to bubble. 5: Add the biscuit mix to the dish and spread the dough to the edges with a rubber spatula. 6: Bake in the oven for 10 minutes. 7: After 10 minutes, use a knife to cut into the dough to determine biscuit size. 8: Finish baking for another 20-25 minutes or until golden brown on the top. 9: Remove from oven and add more butter and chives to the top, baking for another 5 minutes. 10: Enjoy your biscuits!
