What you need

can cream of mushroom soup

tsp paprika

tbsp worcestershire sauce

tsp garlic powder
cup ap flour

white onion

cup milk

tbsp onion powder

tsp black pepper
cup vegetable oil

Instructions
1: Rinse your pork chops and pat dry. 2: Season your pork chops with the spices listed above to your preferred liking. Mix evenly. 3: To the flour, add the spices listed. 4: In a large skillet, add your vegetable oil and heat to medium-high heat. 5: Lightly dust your seasoned pork chops in the seasoned flour. 6: Once the oil is hot, add in two pork chops at a time to fry, flipping once golden brown. 7: Once fried, remove the pork chops and set aside. 8: Pour off some oil, leaving about 1 tbsp in the skillet. 9: Add sliced mushrooms and onions to the skillet. Turn heat down to medium and sauté for about 2 minutes, adding some pepper. 10: Add in cream of mushroom soup, milk, and water, whisking to mix. 11: Add Worcestershire sauce and let come to a simmer. 12: Add your pork chops back to the gravy, cover, and let simmer for 20 minutes. 13: Serve with rice, potatoes, or your choice.View original recipe
