What you need

cup cheese

Instructions
1. Mix eggs, half and half, and seasonings and set aside. 2. In a separate bowl, put protein, cheese, and onions, then pour the egg mixture over them. Mix together. 3. Pour the mixture into a prepared pie crust. 4. Bake at 375°F for 30-45 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. If the edges start to get too brown, lightly cover the top with foil until done. 5. Let the quiche sit for 10 minutes before cutting into it.
