tbsp vanilla extract
cookie

cup milk

cup granulated sugar

egg

tbsp cookie butter

Instructions
1. Prepare the infused milk by combining milk, Biscoff Cookie Butter, vanilla extract, and salt in a small pot. Heat gently and stir until the cookie butter is melted and the mixture is smooth. Allow to cool. 2. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). 3. In a large bowl, beat together the salted butter, Biscoff Cookie Butter, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. 4. Mix in the canola oil and eggs, one at a time, until fully incorporated. 5. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. 6. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with the infused Biscoff milk, starting and ending with the flour mixture. 7. Stir in the vanilla extract until combined. 8. Pour the batter into a prepared cake pan, smoothing the top with a spatula. 9. Crush the Biscoff cookies and sprinkle them over the cake batter. 10. Bake in the preheated oven for about 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. 11. Allow the cake to cool in the pan before removing and serving.
