cup heavy whipping cream

cup buttermilk

oz unsalted butter

oz marshmallow cream

tbsp instant cheesecake pudding mix
Instructions
1: Preheat oven to 375° F. 2: Sift together flour, cocoa powder, and baking soda. Then add sea salt after sifting. Set aside. 3: In a stand mixer, cream together butter and brown sugar for 30 seconds on low speed. 4: Increase speed to high and cream for 3 minutes, scraping in between to ensure fluffiness. 5: Once fluffy, add egg and vanilla, and mix on medium speed for 3 minutes. 6: Add half of the cocoa flour mixture and mix on low speed until combined. Then add all of the buttermilk, and finally add the rest of the flour mixture. Mix until combined. 7: The batter should be fluffy and thick. 8: Add the cake batter to a prepared cookie sheet, keeping at least one and a half inches between each scoop. 9: Bake for 11 minutes until the tops are bouncy and dry. 10: Let cakes sit on the cookie sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack. 11: Mix filling ingredients together until fluffy. 12: Place filling in a piping bag and pipe onto cooled whoopie pies. 13: Present and enjoy!View original recipe
