Instructions
1: In a Dutch oven set to medium heat, add your butter. 2: Once melted, add in onions and cook until translucent, then add in carrots. 3: Cook until soft and then add in your seasonings. 4: Add broth, bouillon, cream, and cornstarch slurry. 5: Cook everything together on medium heat until the broth has reduced by about ¼. 6: Add in your broccoli. 7: Cook your broccoli for 3 to 5 minutes until tender. 8: Turn off heat and add in your cheese. 9: Add your favorite toppings and enjoy!View original recipe
