What you need

cup chicken broth

Instructions
1: Heat half of the avocado oil in a large stock pot to medium heat. 2: Season the chicken with salt and pepper. 3: Add the seasoned chicken to the heated oil and cook until done, then remove from the pot. 4: Add the other half of the avocado oil to the pot along with the chopped vegetables. 5: Cook the vegetables until softened, then add in the seasonings. 6: Stir in the tomatoes, beans, green chilies, and chicken broth. 7: Add the cooked chicken back to the pot and stir everything together. 8: Let the chili stew for about 2 hours on medium heat. 9: Serve it up and enjoy!View original recipe
