fl oz bbq sauce

cup tomato ketchup

tbsp montreal steak seasoning

Instructions
1: Preheat your oven to 350°F. 2: In a bowl, add ground beef, crackers, peppers, onions, seasoning, BBQ sauce, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, egg, and milk. 3: Mix it together using your hands until everything is incorporated, without overmixing. 4: Form a loaf in your baking dish and top with a mix of ketchup and BBQ sauce. 5: Bake in the oven, uncovered, for 45-55 minutes. 6: Halfway through cooking, drain off some of the juice created in the bottom of the pan. 7: Once the meatloaf is finished cooking, let it rest before slicing. 8: Serve with more sauce or gravy.View original recipe
