What you need

tbsp kosher salt

cup cilantro

clove garlic

tbsp garlic powder

cup cotija cheese

tbsp onion powder

cup oregano

hass avocado

jalapeno

roma tomato

Instructions
1: Cut your ripe avocados lengthwise. Remove the pit using the 'knife twist' method or a spoon. Keep one of the pits from the avocado to keep your guacamole fresh. 2: Add avocados to the bowl along with all of the other ingredients in no specific order. 3: Use a large fork to smash everything together. Taste your guacamole while mixing and add more seasoning if necessary, remembering the chips may already have salt. 4: Once your mixture has reached your desired texture, add the avocado pit to the center to help keep the dip fresh. Garnish with crumbled Cotija cheese and a sprinkle of Tajin. 5: Wrap your guacamole in plastic wrap and store in a cool place until you are ready to enjoy.View original recipe
