What you need

tsp salt & pepper

white potato

clove garlic clove

tbsp butter

tbsp olive oil

tbsp fresh parsley

0 Heat oven to 375° f 1 Rinse your potatoes in cool water, and pat dry 2 Evenly space your potatoes on your sheet pan. 3 Drizzle olive oil over the tops of the potatoes. Using your hand, roll the potatoes in the olive oil. 4 Sprinkle kosher salt over the tops of the potatoes. 5 Place your potatoes in the oven uncovered for 30min. Or until you hear them sizzling. 6 Once your potatoes are sizzling and golden brown, remove them from the oven. 7 Using a mason jar or the bottom of a flat glass cup, press down with medium pressure on the potato. Try not to press too hard so that your potatoes stay somewhat intact. You still want to be able to pick the potato up in one piece. 8 In a small glass bowl. Melt butter, with garlic and parsley. Stir together with the spoon. 9 Drizzle your garlic butter over the tops of each smashed potato. Top with grated Parmesan. 10 Place your potatoes back in the oven for 5 to 7 minutes for the final cook. 11 Your potato should come out delicious!View original recipe
