What you need

tsp paprika

tsp ground mustard

tsp black pepper

tsp worcestershire sauce

oz unsalted butter

cup heavy cream

tsp nutmeg

cup white cheddar

cup mild cheddar

lb elbow macaroni

cup sharp cheddar
fl oz pasta water
Instructions
1: Cook macaroni noodles in salted water until al dente. Drain and save one cup of the pasta water. 2: In a medium saucepan, melt butter until bubbly. 3: Add in heavy cream and reserved pasta water. Let the sauce reduce down for about 5 minutes. 4: Stir in all seasonings, spices, and Worcestershire sauce until the sauce thickens. 5: Remove from heat and add in half of the cheese. Save the rest for topping. 6: Pour the cheese sauce over the macaroni noodles and place in an oven-safe dish. Top with the remaining cheese. 7: Cover with foil and bake at 350°F for 20 to 25 minutes or until bubbling. 8: Broil the top for the last 5 minutes until golden brown. 9: Let cool before serving.
