What you need

tbsp garlic powder

tbsp italian seasoning

cup heavy cream

tbsp onion powder

lb cooked spaghetti

tsp ground nutmeg

lb italian sausage

white onion

pasta sauce

tbsp unsalted butter
Instructions
1: Preheat your oven to 375°F. Lightly grease a 9x13'' baking dish. 2: Make the Meat Sauce: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add diced onion and sauté until soft and translucent, about 5 minutes. Add in the ground beef and Italian sausage. Cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon. Drain excess fat. Stir in Italian seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, and salt. Pour in the pasta sauce, stir to combine, then lower the heat and let it simmer for 20 minutes while you prepare the Alfredo. 3: Prepare the Alfredo Sauce: In a separate pan over medium heat, melt butter. Once melted and bubbly, whisk in the heavy cream and reserved pasta water. Continue whisking for 3–4 minutes until the sauce begins to thicken. Season with nutmeg, salt, and black pepper. Reduce heat to low and stir in Parmesan until melted and smooth. 4: Assemble the Dish: Add cooked spaghetti into the Alfredo sauce and toss to fully coat. Spread the creamy noodles into your prepared baking dish. Spoon the rich meat sauce over the noodles. Sprinkle the top evenly with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. 5: Bake & Finish: Cover with foil and bake for 25–30 minutes until hot and bubbly. For a golden top, remove foil and broil on high for 3–5 minutes, watching closely. 6: Cool & Serve: Let the dish rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing. Garnish with fresh parsley.View original recipe
