cup pasta water

tsp cayenne pepper

cup heavy whipping cream

tbsp onion powder

tbsp olive oil

tbsp black pepper
chicken breast

Instructions
1: Split your chicken breasts in half and pound them thin. 2: In a small bowl, mix the blackening spices together. 3: Press some blackening spices into the tops of your chicken breasts. 4: Cook linguine noodles according to package instructions and save ½ cup of pasta water. 5: In a skillet over medium heat, add 2 tbsp of butter and olive oil. 6: Once bubbly, add chicken and cook until golden brown and cooked to 165°F. 7: Remove chicken from skillet. 8: In the same skillet, add the stick of butter and heavy cream and whisk to combine. 9: Add the remaining blackening spices to the cream sauce and whisk together. 10: Once the sauce reduces by 1/3 and simmers, add the linguine noodles. 11: Let the noodles cook in the sauce for about 5 minutes and then add the reserved pasta water. 12: Test the sauce's thickness, then turn off the heat and blend in parmesan cheese. 13: Top noodles with chicken and additional parmesan cheese and parsley. 14: Serve family style and enjoy.View original recipe
