dash fish sauce

tbsp oyster sauce

tbsp avocado oil
tbsp cornstarch

tbsp light soy sauce

tbsp rice vinegar

Instructions
1: Heat avocado oil in a pan. 2: Add minced garlic and ginger, sauté briefly. 3: Push to the side, scramble eggs in the pan. 4: Stir in cooked rice and mix well. 5: Add light soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, oyster sauce, and fish sauce. 6: Mix thoroughly and adjust seasonings to taste before serving.View original recipe
