Instructions
1: Preheat the oven to 350 F. 2: Add butter and sugar to a bowl or stand mixer and cream together for 3 minutes. 3: Add in vanilla and eggs and mix for 2-3 minutes. 4: In a separate bowl, add flour, baking powder, cornstarch, and salt and whisk together. 5: Add half of the flour mixture to the creamed sugar and mix until combined. 6: Add all the milk and vegetable oil, mix, then add the rest of the flour and mix until combined. 7: Fill 24 cupcake liners halfway and bake for 24-30 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. 8: For the pudding, mix both pudding packets with cold milk and set aside for 15 minutes to set. 9: In a separate bowl, add whipped cream, condensed milk, and whipped cream cheese and mix together. 10: Add the pudding mix to your whipped cream mixture and whisk or blend until smooth. 11: Once cupcakes are cooled, add the pudding to the top. 12: Top with vanilla wafers, Chessmen cookies, and bananas.View original recipe
