BBQ Pork Chop & Mango Salsa

Grilled pork chops brined in sweet & spicy pickle juice, caramelized with BBQ sauce, and topped with fresh mango salsa. A delightful mix of sweet and zesty flavors perfect for summer.

What you need

jalapeno

cup bbq sauce

cup sweet pickle juice

bone-in pork chops
lime
oz bbq seasoning
Instructions
1: Add your pork chops to a bowl and pour pickle juice over the top. 2: Cover and let them sit in the refrigerator for 30 min to 1 hr. 3: After your pork chops have brined, rinse them and pat them dry. 4: Add BBQ Rub to each side of the pork chops. 5: Grill for 4-5 minutes per side. Once you flip, add BBQ sauce. 6: Flip once more and add sauce to the other side. 7: Cook until the BBQ sauce has a slight caramelization. 8: Top with mango salsa. 9: For the mango salsa, mix all the ingredients together. 10: Let the mango salsa sit in the refrigerator for at least 30 min to 1 hr before serving.View original recipe
