What you need

tbsp butter

tsp nutmeg

cup light corn syrup

cup brown sugar

tsp salt

cup granulated sugar

tbsp unsalted butter
egg

tsp instant yeast

cup all purpose flour

pecan nuts

cup full fat milk
Instructions
1: Add all ingredients except the butter for the dough. Mix the dough until a dough ball forms on low speed, then increase to medium speed and knead for 5 minutes. Add butter as the dough is forming. 2: Transfer dough to a lightly greased bowl. Spray the top of the dough with nonstick spray, then cover with plastic wrap. Allow to sit for 20 minutes or until your dough has doubled in size. 3: In a medium sized bowl with an electric hand mixer, mix together sugar, butter, and corn syrup. In another small bowl, mix together brown sugar, nutmeg, and cinnamon. 4: Allow dough to rise for 20 minutes, then remove from the oven. Remove plastic wrap or kitchen towel. 5: Preheat your oven to 350°F. 6: Once the oven is heated, place your sticky buns into the oven and cook for 20 to 25 minutes until the top is golden brown.View original recipe
