What you need

clove garlic clove

tbsp kosher salt

can fire roasted tomatoes

tbsp garlic powder

tbsp butter
tbsp EVOO

tbsp spice blend
Instructions
0 Directions 1 Start by seasoning your chicken with the spices listed. Make sure to season the skin and the meat. 2 Drizzle EVOO all over the chicken and make sure that it is evenly coated. 3 In a Dutch oven or pot heat the oil and butter. 4 Once the oil and butter is bubbling add chicken and brown on all sides. 5 Once the chicken is brown on both sides, remove the chicken from the pot and place in a bowl or on a plate 6 To the pot add tomatoes and garlic, stirring well. 7 Place the chicken back into the pot and simmer on low cooking until chicken is done (165°).View original recipe
