What you need

tsp baking soda

cup sour cream

oz cream cheese

cup milk

oz butter
cup ap flour

tsp kosher salt

cup brown sugar

tbsp simple syrup

tbsp powdered sugar

cup white sugar

fl oz frosting

oz cream cheese frosting

Instructions
1: Preheat your oven to 350°F. 2: In a stand mixer or bowl, mix together butter and cream cheese until smooth. 3: Add granulated white sugar and mix on high for at least 3 minutes until fluffy. 4: Add in eggs one at a time, mixing on high for at least 45 seconds after each addition. 5: Stir in vanilla extract. 6: In a separate bowl, sift flour and baking soda together, then add salt. 7: Add half of the flour mixture to the creamed butter mixture and mix gently. 8: Add in all the milk and mix until incorporated. 9: Fold in the rest of the flour until just incorporated. 10: Fold in sour cream until everything is incorporated and batter is fluffy. 11: Pour batter into a greased bundt pan. 12: Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. 13: Let cake cool for 15 minutes before removing from pan to a wire rack. 14: For simple syrup: Boil water and sugar together until dissolved, then mix in vanilla. 15: Drizzle simple syrup over warm cake. 16: For frosting: Whip cream cheese until smooth, then add powdered sugar, vanilla, and salt. 17: Gradually whisk in milk until desired consistency is achieved. 18: Once the cake has cooled, add the glaze to the top and finish with cane sugar.View original recipe
