Instructions
1: For the fruit tart cups, whip cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and jello powder until smooth. 2: In a separate bowl, make the crust by combining flour, powdered sugar, and fine salt. Then add shredded frozen butter and mix. 3: Add the egg and cold milk to form the dough. Chill for 1 hour. 4: Preheat the oven to 350°F, roll out the dough, cut into cups, and bake for 20 minutes until golden. 5: For the prosciutto and asparagus roll-ups, wrap asparagus and Gruyere cheese in puff pastry with prosciutto. Brush with egg. 6: Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes until golden. 7: For the whipped ricotta crostini, blend ricotta, basil, minced garlic, Evoo, salt, pepper, and lemon juice. 8: Roast baby tomatoes at 375°F for 25 minutes until soft and mix with the ricotta. 9: Serve the mixture on toasted baguette slices.View original recipe
