Italian Grinder Sliders

Savory and smoky Italian Grinder Sliders with layers of ham, salami, pepperoni, and provolone cheese, topped with a delicious salad dressing.

What you need

slider buns

tbsp red wine vinegar

ham

tbsp butter

cup spicy brown mustard

tsp italian seasoning

pepperoni

cup parmesan cheese

tsp kosher salt

cup red onion
cup fresh tomatoes

tbsp pickled jalapenos

cup romaine lettuce
slice provolone

oz mayo
Instructions
1: Preheat your oven to 350 F. 2: Slice your Slider buns in half. 3: Layer Provolone, Ham, Pepperoni, and Salami on the bottom halves of the buns. 4: Add the top of the buns. 5: Mix all ingredients for the butter topping together and spread on top of the slider buns. 6: Add your sliders to the oven and bake until the tops are golden and the cheese is melty. 7: While your sliders cook, make the salad topping by adding lettuce, tomatoes, onions, jalapenos, Italian seasoning, and salt in a bowl. 8: In a separate bowl, mix Smokey Bacon Mayo, Spicy Mustard, and Red Wine Vinegar until smooth. 9: Add your dressing mix to the top of the salad and toss. 10: When your sliders come out of the oven, use a bread knife to cut them. 11: Remove the tops of the sliders and add your prepared salad topping. 12: Enjoy!View original recipe
