Bring the camping and S’mores inside! This easy Cast Iron Skillet S’more recipe will be at the top of the kiddos list! I love this recipe because it takes some of the mess out of making traditional s’mores. With a fun cookie layer, this will become an easy go to dessert recipe.

What you need

cup mini marshmallows

twix

oz candy coated chocolate pieces

oz refrigerated sugar cookie dough
Instructions
0 Heat oven to 350° f. 1 Press some cookie dough into the bottom of the cast iron skillet so that it covers the bottom completely. 2 Bake your cookie for 8 minutes. 3 Remove cookie from oven and add marshmallows, Hersey’s and Twix on top. Bake for another 3-4 minutes. 4 Use a cooking torch or broil setting to brown the top of the marshmallows. If you use your broil setting make sure you watch that they do not burn. Broil for only 2-3 minutes. 5 Follow the instructions for melting chocolate melts. Drizzle chocolate all over the top of the marshmallows using a piping bag or a spoon. 6 Break apart your graham crackers and place all over the top. 7 This dish is served family style.
