What you need

lb ground turkey

tbsp avocado oil

cup chicken broth

tbsp onion powder

clove garlic

cup sour cream

tbsp garlic powder

tsp black pepper

tsp kosher salt

slice mozzarella cheese

white onion

can fire roasted tomatoes

cup grated parmesan cheese

cup pasta

can pasta sauce
Instructions
1: Add oil to a large stock pot set to medium high heat. 2: Add ground turkey. Brown the turkey and season with the listed spices. 3: Once the turkey is browned, add in your diced onions and garlic. 4: Next add in the pasta sauce, tomatoes, and chicken broth. Mix together and let that come to a simmer. 5: Once simmering, add in your Campanelle noodles. 6: Once your noodles are al dente, add in your sour cream and then the soup is ready. 7: Add your soup to a croc and top with mozzarella cheese and parm. 8: Cook under a broiler until cheese is melted and golden bubbles appear. 9: Let it cool for about 2 minutes before enjoying it!View original recipe
