Chicken Tortilla Soup

This is one of the fastest ways to make a flavorful dish for the crew. This soup is healthy, light, and filling. It is Always fun to dress it up with your favorite toppings! I made homemade tortilla strips, added spice with jalapenos, and coolness with sour cream and avocado.

Instructions
0 Add everything to the instant pot or crock pot and stir well. 1 Cook soup for 1-3 hours depending on your cooking vessel. 2 Remove the cooked chicken from the pot and shred with 2 forks. 3 Heat the vegetable oil in skillet.
