What you need

tbsp worcestershire sauce

lb elbow macaroni

tsp ground mustard

tsp nutmeg

tsp salt

cup butter

tsp paprika

cup flour

cup sharp cheddar

cup half & half

cup mild cheddar
Instructions
1: Heat oven to 375° F. 2: Measure out all ingredients next to your stove. 3: In a stock pot, add 4 quarts of water and 3 tablespoons of salt to boiling water. 4: Cook elbow macaroni until al dente. 5: In a small saucepan, melt butter. 6: Add flour to the melted butter and whisk continuously to cook out the flour taste. 7: Add spices and Worcestershire sauce to the roux. 8: Slowly add milk or heavy cream while whisking until the sauce thickens. 9: Once bubbles appear, turn off the heat and stir in two cups of cheese until melted. 10: In a glass baking dish, pour half of the cooked macaroni noodles followed by half of the cheese mixture. Mix to coat. 11: Repeat with remaining macaroni and cheese mixture. 12: Smooth out the top and top with leftover cheese. 13: Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes, then remove foil for the last 10 minutes to brown the top. 14: Enjoy!View original recipe
