cup heavy cream

Instructions
1: Preheat your oven to 350°F. 2: Season the chicken with garlic powder, kosher salt, and pepper. 3: In a cast iron skillet, add butter and avocado oil. Heat to medium high. 4: Once bubbling, add chicken skin side down and brown on both sides until golden. 5: Remove the chicken and set aside. 6: Turn the skillet heat down to medium and add shallots. Cook until softened. 7: Add garlic and cook until fragrant. 8: Add orzo, Italian seasoning, and a touch of salt. Mix to coat with shallots and garlic. 9: Add chicken broth and heavy cream. 10: Layer spinach and place chicken thighs on top. 11: Bake in the oven at 350°F until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F and orzo is cooked through. 12: Remove from oven and finish with Parmesan.View original recipe
