What you need

tbsp flour

tbsp unsalted butter
tbsp EVOO

tbsp worcestershire sauce

tbsp ground mustard

white onion

cup heavy whipping cream

tbsp corn starch

lb noodles

cup parmigiano reggiano

tbsp salt

cup baby bella mushroom
cup pasta water

ground beef
Instructions
1: Sauté sliced white onion in unsalted butter and evoo on medium heat until translucent. 2: Add sliced baby portobello mushrooms and season with salt and pepper. 3: For the gravy, melt 2 tbsp of unsalted butter in a pan. 4: Stir in 4 tbsp of flour to form a roux. 5: Gradually add 2 cups of beef broth and mix until smooth. 6: Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water and stir in 1/2 cup of heavy whipping cream. 7: Cook 1 lb of noodles in salted water until al dente, reserving 1 cup of pasta water. 8: Combine cooked noodles with the beef, onion, and gravy mixture. 9: Serve hot, garnished with grated parm/reggiano.View original recipe
