tsp paprika

cup evaporated milk

cup white cheddar

tsp kosher salt

tsp nutmeg

cup mild cheddar

cup cream cheese

tsp black pepper

tsp ground mustard

cup sharp cheddar

oz macaroni noodles

tbsp unsalted butter

Instructions
1: Cook your macaroni noodles in salted water until al dente. Drain and add a little butter to them, then set aside. 2: Preheat your oven to 350°F and butter your casserole dish. 3: In the casserole dish, add a layer of cheese and cream cheese. 4: Mix your noodles in with your cheeses, adding about 3/4 of the cheese to the noodles. 5: In a separate bowl, mix together cream, evaporated milk, eggs, and seasonings. 6: Add your milk and egg mixture to the noodles and cheeses, and mix until everything is incorporated. 7: Top your macaroni and cheese with more cheese. 8: Cover with foil and bake for 25 to 30 minutes until bubbly. 9: For the last 5 minutes, uncover and roll the top till golden brown. 10: Let your macaroni cool before cutting and serving.View original recipe
