What you need

jalapeno

cup ketchup

red pepper

pepper

can tomato sauce

tbsp garlic powder

tbsp chili powder

lb ground beef

tsp salt

tbsp onion powder

tbsp ground cumin

white onion

green pepper

tbsp olive oil

can fire roasted tomatoes

lb beef sirloin tip roast

can chili beans
Instructions
1: Season your steak with salt and pepper. 2: Sear your steak over medium heat until browned. 3: Remove the steak from the pot, then add in the ground beef. 4: Add one tablespoon of water to the ground beef while it's cooking to help it crumble better. 5: Remove the meat, then add in all of your chopped vegetables and seasonings. 6: Let your vegetables sweat out a little bit with the spices. 7: Add in all of your liquids: tomatoes, tomato sauce, chili beans, and ketchup. 8: Add your meat back to the pot along with water. 9: Let your chili cook for about one to two hours. 10: Serve with honey cornbread or your favorite crackers.View original recipe
