What you need

cup chicken broth

bell pepper

cup celery

tsp garlic powder

tbsp avocado oil

cup cooked white rice

lb ground beef

tbsp creole seasoning

clove garlic

tsp onion powder

white onion
tsp dried italian seasoning
sausage
Instructions
1: Start by cooking your rice and use chicken broth instead of water. 2: In a large skillet set to medium high heat, add half of your avocado oil. 3: Once the oil is hot, add in your sausage and ground beef. 4: Once the meat starts to warm up, add in a tablespoon of water to create a crumbly texture. 5: Continue breaking apart the meat until browned, then remove from the skillet. 6: In the same skillet, add onions, peppers, and celery. Sauté until soft and translucent. 7: Add in your seasoning and mix together. 8: Once the rice finishes, fluff it and add in the other half of your oil. 9: Mix the cooked rice with your vegetables and then add in the browned sausage and ground beef. 10: Continue cooking for about 5 minutes at medium heat until the rice is toasty and slightly crispy. 11: Serve as a main dish or side dish.View original recipe
