1: Clean and pat dry the chicken wings. 2: Add lemon pepper seasoning, kosher salt, and cayenne pepper to the wings and toss them. Set aside. 3: In a separate bowl, mix flour, cornstarch, baking powder, lemon pepper seasoning, cayenne pepper, and kosher salt. 4: Toss the wings into the flour coating and set aside to rest for 15 minutes. 5: Heat canola oil to 350°F. 6: Fry the wings until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
