This recipe is perfect! I have been working on perfecting it for 17 years. I am here to share with you the secrets to the perfect guacamole. It is SO easy to accomplish and goes perfect with so many other dishes like tacos, burritos, fajitas, tostadas and more.

What you need

1 tbsp kosher salt

5 clove garlic clove

¼ cup fresh cilantro

½ cup cotija cheese

3 roma tomato

1 tbsp onion powder

½ cup yellow onion

2 lime juice

1 tbsp garlic powder
¼ cup dried oregano

3 hass avocado
Instructions
1 Cut your ripe avocados length wise. Remove the pit, by using the “knife twist” method or a spoon. Keep one of the pits from the Avocado. You will need this to keep your guacamole fresh. 2 Add avocados to the bowl along with all of the other ingredients. No specific order. 3 Use a large fork to smash everything together. As you are mixing, use a small spoon to taste your guacamole. Add more seasoning if necessary. Remember, if enjoying guacamole with chips they normally have salt on them, so go easy on the addition of salt. 4 Once your mixture has reached your desired texture, add the avocado pit to the Center. This helps keep the dip fresh. I love to garnish with Cotija Cheese crumbled on top and a sprinkle of Tajin. 5 Wrap your guacamole in plastic wrap and store in a cool place until you are ready to enjoy.View original recipe
