Easy Roasted Tomato Soup

What you need

tsp kosher salt

tsp black pepper

roma tomato

tbsp olive oil

white onion

cup chicken broth

boursin cheese

0 Set your oven to 375 F. 1 In this order add your ingredients into the Dutch oven. Tomatoes, onions, carrots, Boursin cheese, and garlic. Drizzle your olive oil over the top of the garlic and the rest of the vegetables. Season with salt and pepper. 2 Cover and roast this in the oven for 30 minutes, until the vegetables soften. 3 Remove from the oven, and add chicken broth. 4 Simmer on medium heat for 15 minutes. 5 Use your immersion blender or food processor to blend all ingredients until smooth. * Slowly blend when adding hot items to the food processor. 6 Taste and season once everything is blended.
