cup canola oil

tbsp white vinegar

lb shrimp

tsp cayenne pepper

tbsp onion powder

tsp creole seasoning

cup corn meal

cup flour

tbsp corn starch

tsp old bay seasoning

cup full fat milk
Instructions
1: Preheat the oil to 360°F in a deep frying pan. 2: In a bowl, combine corn meal, flour, corn starch, cayenne pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, Creole seasoning, and Old bay. 3: Dip the peeled and deveined shrimp in whole milk and then coat them with the dry mixture. 4: Fry the shrimp in the hot canola oil for about 2-3 minutes or until golden brown. 5: Remove the shrimp and drain on paper towels before serving.View original recipe
