What you need

tbsp flour

tbsp garlic powder

cup half & half

tsp black pepper

tbsp unsalted butter

white onion

cup fried onions

cup fresh green beans

cup mushroom
Instructions
1: Preheat your oven to 375°F. 2: Boil 4 cups of water and add in your fresh green beans. Cook for 3 minutes until bright green. 3: Remove them and add to ice water, then set aside. 4: In a skillet set to medium heat, add half the butter and melt. 5: Add in onions and cook until soft, then add mushrooms and cook until tender. Remove from pan and set aside. 6: Set heat to medium, add in the last of the butter, and melt. Sprinkle in flour and whisk to remove lumps. 7: Add in Half & Half and whisk until smooth. 8: Add in Better Than Bouillon Mushroom Base and whisk until incorporated. 9: Once the sauce thickens, add in seasonings, mushrooms, onions, and half of the french fried onions. 10: Add blanched green beans to a casserole dish and top with mushroom gravy, mixing well. 11: Top with the rest of the french fried onions. 12: Wrap with foil and bake for 30 minutes or until bubbly. 13: Remove the wrap for the last 8 minutes to brown the top. 14: Let cool for 5 minutes before enjoying.View original recipe
