Instructions
1: Soak the cedar planks per instructions for at least 15 minutes. 2: Pat the Branzino fish dry on each side using a paper towel. 3: Score the Branzino on both sides with a sharp knife. 4: Evenly disperse salt and pepper on the fish on both sides and inside. 5: Season with Caribbean spice blend on both sides and inside. 6: Drizzle olive oil inside and out of the fish. 7: Add lemon and orange slices inside the fish. 8: Put micro greens butter or herb butter on top of the lemons and oranges. 9: Secure the fish opening with toothpicks. 10: Place the prepared Branzino on the cedar planks. 11: Add more herb butter dollops on top before grilling. 12: Place cedar planks on the hot grill and cook to your liking.View original recipe
