What you need

cup dijon mustard
lb pork tenderloin

cup apple cider vinegar

tbsp kosher salt

cup soy sauce
Instructions
1: Pat your tenderloin dry with a paper towel. 2: Using a pastry brush, brush Dijon mustard on all sides of the tenderloin. 3: Season with kosher salt and Maine Blueberry Pork Rub. 4: Add your tenderloin to a prepared grill over medium/indirect heat. 5: Cook for 15 minutes and check the temperature. 6: Once the internal temperature has reached at least 145°F - 160°F, remove from the heat. 7: Let your tenderloin cool for at least 12 minutes before slicing. 8: Mix sauce ingredients in a small bowl or jar. 9: Drizzle your pork sauce over sliced tenderloin.View original recipe
